I made 14 scones for breakfast this morning. It was very delicious. We ate them with whipping cream, butter and jam. Finally, we only had 3 scones left. Here is the recipe for the scones.
Ingredients:
Self-raising flour
Thickened cream
Salt
Lemonade
Methods:
Start by heating up your oven at fan forced 220 degrees Celcius.
Place 3 cups of self-raising flour into a big bowl.
Next, add a teaspoon of salt to the self-rasing flour.
Make a well in the middle of the self-raising flour and pour in 300ml of thickened cream and one cup of lemonade.
Give it a good mix with a spatula.
Pour the dough on a non-stick baking mat and start to shape it into balls and place it into the baking pan. I line the baking pan with baking paper. I got my kids to do it.
Then, place the shaped scones into the hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the scones turn golden brown.
