Stir-Fry Chicken Noodles

Today is the first day of the school holiday and I have decided to cook something simple and quick. A dish that does not involve lots of pots and plates to wash. Therefore, I decided to do a stir-fry noodle in my Buffalo Smart Cooker.  Here is the recipe:

Ingredients

1 tbsp of cooking oil

1 onion sliced thinly

1 tbsp of minced garlic

700g cooked slices of chicken meat

6 tbsp of light soy sauce

1 tbsp of sesame oil

A handful of thinly sliced lettuce or any other vegetables, such as capsicum

500g of yellow noodles

2 cups of chicken broth

Method:

Firstly use SMART COOKER “STEAM” function to heat up the oil.

Once the oil is being heated up, add in the sliced onions and minced garlic.  Stir-fry both of ingredients until they are aromatic.

Next, add in the cooked slices of chicken meat and sliced lettuces or any kind of vegetables. Stir-fry all ingredients until they are all well-mixed.

Finally,  pour in 2 cups of chicken broth and noodles into the rice cooker. Give it a good stir until all the noodles are mixed evenly with all the ingredients.

Cook further for about 4 minutes. Enjoy your stir-fry chicken noodles with minimal mess and washing.
